Why buy from KeyWholesale

All our products are delivered digitally to your email without any cost.

Most product keys are delivered automatically and can be picked up immediately after purchase – In the description of the product you will see tag: Automatically delivery.

Some product keys are delivered manually (0-30min – Central Europe Time) – In the description of the product you will see tag: „Manual Delivery“

How to find the code:

Go to „My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
Below the total amount on the order page, you will find the product keys for each product you purchased.

IF YOU DON’T FIND THE PRODUCT KEY:

If the product key is not listed on the order page, it will be automatically sent to you via email within one hour from the time of purchase (Monday – Sunday 9:00 – 23:00 – CET +1)

If you did not receive the product key after two hours, please contact us.

Refund & Return Policy

At KeysWholesale, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional support and fair return policies. We offer a 7-day replacement window to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they purchased.

How Returns & Replacements Work

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available, only replacements. If you encounter an issue with a purchased product—such as invalid keys or failed online/phone activation—you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@keyswholesale.com.

If we are unable to resolve the activation issue within this period, we guarantee a replacement product. All products sold include 1 year of support to assist you with any activation or usage issues.

When We Accept Returns / Replacements

We will provide a replacement (or refund if requested) if:

• The product is defective
• The product is invalid or not working (online or phone activation fails)

Important: All licenses sold are valid for 1 PC only and cannot be transferred unless explicitly specified otherwise.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Customer changes their mind or accidentally purchases a product
• Software is incompatible with the customer’s hardware
  • Example: purchasing a Windows product for a Mac
  • Example: purchasing a Windows 10 product but trying to use it on Windows 8
• Issues caused by underlying local computer problems preventing normal software operation
